360 parking sensor issues
Hello,
Recently got a 2020 HSE Luxury with 360 sensors (not cameras) and I am having an issue with the side sensors constantly going off with nothing near by. All sensors look clean and the car overall is clean (so don't think its dirt) I would say its worse on the drivers side. The on screen graphic does show the distances changing so not sure its down to a faulty sensor (unless this is how they normally fail?).
Before I take it back to the dealer just wondering if anyone has any suggestions I could try first, I don't see any extra sensors down the side so are they hidden or does it just use the front and rear corner ones? Or are they in the mirrors instead?
Thanks

This may or may not be your problem: On my D4 one of the rear sensors corroded on the surface under the surface coating. This caused it to detect things that weren't there. I could see that the surface was uneven rather than perfectly flat like the others.
The solution was to replace that sensor.
