    2017 Discovery Td6 HSE Corris Grey

    Corris Grey eventually arrived

    New to 5 Forum but have been 3 & 4 member before as we have had disco's
    from 2 upwards through the years.
    We deposited in April 14 so we have been waiting a while shall we say.
    It was promised for the 1st march and then the delays hit us . The dealer taxed it for us on the last day of march for the tax and we eventually ended up with it last week.
    Ordered it with 20" black pack but it's arrived with 22" pack so not complaining. Everything seems to work even the electric tow bar seems ok.
    We will be testing it out next week towing a trailer with car on down to France next week so will see how it fares. Our last Disco 4 used to do the journey maxed out on weight no probs so we shall see.

    Updates

    Here are some updates that Ive done to the car since I got it in April. Reason I suppose why Ive spent yet more money is that even though it drives and Tows ok and does the job,
    I felt it had some weired lines to it.
    Namely the front and back Styling. I know its each to there own so I'm guessing its not to everyones liking but now I feel happy with it.
    Updates include , colour coded and added gloss black items. Rear exhaust panels (Jury still out on those but Had the originals colour coded as well just in case.
    Side Steps , Upgrade front grill and Black / Silver badges all round

    Yep think that will be next to do. Must admit I'm glad I sorted the grill as it's helping the look of the car.
    Couple of people have said the back looks better now so it's trying to get there.
    I seem to remember mind when I had a disco 3 in 2004 everyone told me it was horrible from the back as it looked like a metro cab. How time moves on !!!!!!
