    Roof Rack Bolt Locations

Trying to fit escort light bar to the roof of the D5 I thought I could use magnets, durrrr dont think so its alli roof. On the D4 I had roof bars fitted so fitted the lights on cross bars, removable for car park recoveries ect.
Anyway magnets swapped for big rubber feet I need to find out the bolt hole locations for the front to rear bars, if i can find the locations with out removing the glued down trim I can drill a hole in the correct location and use this to tie the bar down with a little turnbuckle.
Does anyone have a factory drawing ect ?

If you lift the ditch finisher you’ll find two large headed bolts underneath that are for attaching the forward roof rail mount. It should be possible to utilise these as your anchor points. Details here: https://disco5.co.uk/forum/thread4126.html

Thank you for the information guys, most helpful. The reason I didn't just pop the trims and have a look was one of the you tube videos I found showed the rear trim being stuck down also not just clipped and I didn't want to get myself into the bother of having a loose flappy panel.

My own ditch finishers were both clipped + stuck with adhesive but the roof rail install also stops the ditch finisher from flapping about as it presses down once screwed in place.
It might be wise to get some panel adhesive on site just in case you do need it.
