    Second row seat operation

    Just picked up a new 2025 D5 SE and am pouring over the iguide manual and car features but I can't figure out if I have a seat problem or not. The access buttons on the top of the second row seats work fine but the seatback recline at the side of the seats isn't working as the manual describes. If the seats are fully up using the access buttons then the seatback recline doesn't move the seat at all. If the seat is reclined forward using the access button then the recline button will move the seat back up but not back down. Also If I stop the seat back moving up just before its final position the recline button won't finish the job and put the seat all the way. It isn't working as all other electric seats that I have had, did! Any thoughts?

    Why don’t you take it back to dealer and asked them to demonstrate to you how the seats work. They can’t really argue with you if they cant get them to work correctly. But they will via email or phone.

    Second row seats

    Try folding the second row with the switches in the boot. I have the same as you, and find the folding a little confusing.

    Make sure you haven't got child lock enabled, when enabled it restricts 2nd row seat movement.
