I'm considering changing my discs soon - the pads need changing and as the car is now over 5 years old / 50k miles it's probably about time.
According to the local LR parts department, mine are the 363mm fronts (LR098967) and 350mm rears (LR099036). I don't like the price of the genuine parts at £195 per disc at the front and £258 per disc on the rear (yes odd the rears are more expensive).
My default off-the-shelf from ECP would probably be Brembo which aren't cheap at £104 each for the front and £78 each on the rear - but at least a reasonable quality.
Britpart have standard spec doscs really cheap, less than half the price of Brembo - anyone had experience with these, how's the quality?
There are uprated drilled and slotted options around too but apart from EBC (which are way too expensive), I can't find a brand that does both front and rears that would fit. Rotordiscs, Britpart and others seem to have fronts, or rears, but not both. I don't really want odd brand discs on front/rear. Anything I'm missing?
have a look on AUTODOC I got pads discs wear sensors and front pad pins for £353 delivered wit Ferodo parts, which are good quality with a 2 year warranty.
That was about £300 cheaper than else where delivery is very is slow 7 days but its fine if you know tat when you order
You can get both front and rear Britpart perforated disks at JGS 4X4. 360mm fronts are £143 a pair, 350mm rears are £76.50 a pair. Britpart disks are decent, heavy duty quality and a very decent price, I've used them once or twice. No complaints.
Hmm the issue is mine needs the 363mm fronts - I believe the 360mm may be different, for later models? I found the rears which they list under a Range Rover sport part number - but the dimensions are the same (350x25).
The fronts on my 17'plate TD6 are 360mm...no idea where and when the extra 3mm comes in, it seems an odd size even given it's Land Rover. I thought that later 2018+ models had 365mm discs fitted with the Brembo style 4 or 6 pot calipers? Mine are bog standard OE twin pot calipers on 360mm front disks...350mm on the rear.
These are 360mm EBC perforated front disks I've just fitted. I bought them from the local motor factors who had ordered them for a customer who then decided he didn't want them. I picked up the full set of front and rear disks for £250....no pads since I only changed mine a few months ago, I only needed the disks.
