    conversion of headlights for LHD

    Hi,

    I am thinking of taking my D5 to Spain and was wondering if anyone has converted their headlights for European driving?, i know you can change the auto high beam setting for LHD but will this suffice?

    I don’t think you need to change anything…..

    From the iGUIDE:

    DRIVING ABROAD
    The headlights have a beam pattern that eliminates the need to mechanically adjust the lights or add any external stick-on decals.

    I am on Apple so downloaded it from the App Store, I guess others have the same available in the equivalent stores….

    Once downloaded you just put your model and year in and you are good to go. It’s not as good as a manual but that’s all you get these days!

    My 2017 TD6 HSE has a setting in the centre dash menu to select the hi-beam pattern to either right or left as Grunders mentioned. Not sure if it's just an HSE option or not?

    You've got adaptive headlights though, right? Should still be in there. Can't remember which sub-menu it's under... it's somewhere in the vehicle settings, I remember that much. I'll have a look tomorrow and find out exactly where.

    Edit:

    It was bugging me so I popped out to the Bling Barge to have a look.

    Vehicle settings/Convenience Features/Auto High Beam Settings/Drive on left or Drive on right...





    Apologies for the crap photos...it's dark and raining outside and I didn't set the phone camera up properly. Rolling Eyes
