Just wondering why the sill protectors are £15 if you buy them direct from Lockwood and over £30 from the same supplier on eBay. They're the same parts...
Yes I noticed that but they were out of stock on their website when I ordered mine.
I think they are probably low on stock so are selling at a higher price via eBay.
Hopefully they get some more stock in and they will be available at the lower price.
According to the Lockwood website, there's a fixed £12 shipping charge ordered direct...eBay shipping is free. Kinda balances it out I s'pose...
Anyways, I ordered the last available set from their eBay store...my work boots tear the stuffing out of the door sills so mine are showing the same kind of wear as yours. At the end of the day, it's a lot less effort sticking a set of stainless protectors on than it is prepping and repainting the sill edges.
Good find Baz.

Ach, I look on it as part of owning a Disco. It should be in the small print that your wallet is likely to be a lot thinner after buying a load of bits to stick on it.
Fancy stainless steel sill protectors fitted. As Baz said, apologies for the farmers interior, but like his D300, the Bling Barge has to occasionally work for a living.
Yeah...I still really like those roof lights too, and I'd have some use for them (as long as the fitting didn't interfere with my roof rails)...but I don't like or find them quite useful enough to fork out nearly £500.
