    SOS - Stab in the Dark !!!

    Sorry folks i know this is asking alot, but would any of you nice chaps know if your local dealer would have a BRAND NEW FIRST EDITION IN FARALLON BLACK WITH NIMBUS INTERIOR in stock (not a demo) ??

    Likewise any dealers you would not touch with a bargepole, that would be appreciated also. !!

    I dont expect you too air your dirty laundry in public with regards too inept dealers, so feel free too PM me

    It's best to find a fresh dealer then ask them to check on the system for you. If a dealer has one in stock or pipeline unsold they will be able to find it for you. I would seriously look at doing what I have done which is get the dealer to guarantee a buy back on yours ready for the new Ingenium 6 cyl. Mine is a faulty car but I don't really care too much, if things break on it they can break and we'll just drive it for 6 months. It can blow up for all I care.
    When I'm not in the operating theatre, I'm mountain biking, spending time with my family, running and socialising. I have a Discovery 5 HSE Lux with pretty much every option ticked. This is my first ever Land Rover. Been a rocky road with regards to reliability but we're getting there.

    Well the 4cyl version has been really reliable. My brother in law has done 80k in his XE. I was told by a patient who seemed to be well informed that the Discovery would have been designed around the new engine. It can't be any worse than the heap of junk I have now.

    Sadly am of that mindset also. LR says nothing wrong with the car, so if it starts playing up again. I will keep driving until it's alight and post on you tube for the whole world too see. Shocked

    I asked my salesman, he has a couple of HSE Lux in your colour but not sure if he can get a First Edtion.

    Perth had one yesterday preregistered.

    Sold this morning though. Sad

    Been told HSE LUX earliest is first week in September now. (That's more than 6 months since I should have got my initial car Rolling Eyes

    May as well just get the basic S at this rate and trade in next March as cant wait till September for it Big Cry
