    Well that is total rubbish.

    If you go into the configurator and look at the description of the mats you will see that the picture is the same as on the accessory site and more importantly it is exactly the same part number!!

    Premium and Luxury are the same thing in this case. :thumbsup:

    After a few new recent Land Rover cars I can assure you that the only thing that is "Premium" about the Premium mats is the price, the Luxury mats would be better named as the Premium Mats but even their quality isn't great and certainly not worth the premium over the premium mats. I suspect that LR calls them premium is because they can rip you off for more money.

    They have different part numbers.

    Premium and Luxury ain't the same.

    Part numbers are ending in 330 and 331 respectively. Not the same Shocked

    Oddly, the actual carpets mats are different too!

    You can order the Premium mats as a "factory fit", the Luxury mats are accessories only.

    Winger what model of D5 do you have if you dont mind me asking ?? Definitely said the First Edition and HSE LUX had Premium mats as standard!! Rolling Eyes

    My profile reveals all, and this is an HSE carpet mat thread!

    The HSE does not come with carpet mats of any sort. I bought a set of Luxury mats.

    The HSE Luxury and First Edition should come with Premium mats. These are not the same as the Luxury mats.

    Well if "Premium" mat sets as advertised as what are to be supplied with the HSE Lux spec model are "deep pile and luxurious" then that certainly isnt what i've been supplied with. What I have are thin twill nasty affairs.

    Seems like they have used a generic photo of the Luxury mats and used them for the Premium mats also. Mind you my premium mats are plain black with no LR badges on them. However states that they have a LR badge on them. Possibly it's also a cut and paste error, and should have ommitted the LR badges on the description, hence the confusion. Plus no waterproof backing on my ones either, just cheap and thin. Rolling Eyes
