    First problem...

    Car arrived on the back of a trailer this morning - it's a company car so I've had no interaction with dealers to date. It's raining really hard so I haven't been able to check the paintwork yet, but insides were fine.

    I've got an InControl problem though - I've tried to register the VIN and it says it's already associated with another customer! Anyone seen this?????

    Never seen that, I already had an account from when I had the DS, the only problems I had were remembering a pin I supposedly made.

    If you use a tablet or smartphone there is problems, but I don't know what.

    It sounds as though the supplying dealer has set up an account using your VIN. You will need to contact them and enquire.

    Possible the Incontrol account has been registered to the company?

    That's what I'm thinking... Have aksed our fleet manager and the supplying dealer to get back to me. Still raining in Buxton, so no pics yet....

    Dealer phoned - now sorted. They'd set up a dummy account to check everything worked as part of the PDI but forgot to reset it.
