    Alpine Light Kit

    Hey there, just stumbled upon this entry in the accessoires section of "Alpine Light Kit".

    What is it and what does it do? Smile

    And it states in the Accessoires Brochure (PDF):
    *Roof rails and cross bars are required for all Land Rover roof mounted accessories. Ditch nishers (VPLRR0157) and alpine light kit (VPLRR0158) are required for fitment of roof rails.

    The tiny windows at the rear of Discovery 2 on the roof line were called "Alpine Lights" by Land Rover.

    I can't imagine where a similar thing would fit on a D5 so perhaps they have reused the name for something completely different?!
