    How wide

    Hi all

    I might become a D5 owner but after looking at one today the size of the thing bothers me, I have a D4 now and I'm often driving down narrow Devon lanes, the 5 looked bigger and according to spec it is almost 200mm 8" wider.... difference between driving past someone or rubbing past them it seems to me?

    How do people find them to live with?

    LR5 2073mm mirrors in; 2220 mirrors out

    This is from he Canadian web site (but probably universal)

    So less than an inch difference
    F50, Fourtack, LR3 and now..............D5 HSE TDV6

    I’ve took my one on narrow lanes, it does feel big but you soon get used to it.

    Some car parks can be tricky though

    I live in a village in Devon and it really is not a problem.

    As J77 says it is parking places that can be a bit iffy, but that is true for any large SUV.
