Easy Entry/Exit feature
Does anyone know how to enable the easy entry/exit feature ? Can’t seem to find it in any of the setting menus.
Cheers

from memory, I think you need to adjust the seat and steering column to where you want it press memory and one of the three numbered settings buttons on the door. The vehicle should then go to entry height, seat will lower and the column will raise once you open the drivers door. The reverse happens when you get in and turn on the ignition.
You are looking for convenience mode in the hand book

It is on the side of the steering , a rotary dial if I remember correctly.
You turn it to enable the easy entry/exit option

In my hand book it’s mentioned specifically in the section dealing with seats ...... it mentions that it can be enabled/disabled in the vehicle feature menus, where most of the convenience functions are turned on and off. It maybe that it’s a feature not available in this region (although I don’t see why)

My seat is set at the lowest and the steering almost at the highest. So the seat does not move and the steering moves a little when i push the start button.
I don't remember seeing a setting to control that.
There is a setting for Auto Entry Height or something like that, that lowers the D5 when you shift to Park.

does this only work with an electric steering column? i'd be quite useful to have the seat lower it self when i get in and out because I've already pressed the key against the steering wheel and my leg and opened the bloody boot and hit the locker i have in my parking! but i have a manual steering column
