Did they fit a genuine LR screen? Mines booked in to have a replacement, I mentioned about calibration and the insurers (Hastings) said it would all be covered. I've heard bad things about OEM screens.

I had the same feeling, but when I asked Autoglass they said they only fit genuine LR windscreens. And to be honest I was being nosey when they came and noticed the peeling tape they were taking off the windscreen heater connectors had a LR tag with a LR part number.

That's somewhat reassuring. I had a call from the glass company and he said if they couldn't repair it they would have to order the replacement from the dealer.
