  I wanted a convertible that makes a nice noise...

  As my son's football was cancelled on Saturday morning due to a frozen pitch, I found myself on the internet and then at a garage about 30 mins away and then the proud owner of an Audi S4 Convertible
  
  2007, 1 owner with full Audi history
  4.2 V8 manual
  
  The engine is fantastic and reminds you how different a non-turbo is. Power just builds and it will pull from 35mph in 6th to a 7,500 rpm redline. And making a wonderful noise all the way....
  
  And... it cost about the same as the EXTRAS on my D5.

  Nice one, I do love the sound of a V8. The pulling in top used to be the E39 M5's party trick, it would pull from 30mph in 6th all the way to 187mph. Just an epic car and epic noise.
