  Transmission temp information

  I plan on pulling a trailer in the Colorado mountains this year. Monitoring transmission temperature is important. I could not find a gauge. Does anyone know how I can get this information from the vehicle? Also I read that there is a trailer brake controller connection under the dash but have not been able to find. Does anyone know where this is located?
  I am little concerned about not being able to manually trigger regen. I would hate to be pulling up a steep hill and have the regen process start. The new F-150 will be offered with the same Td6 engine and offers the additional ability to manually start the regen process. It would be nice if JLR offered a Tow/haul mode that would enable the information beneficial to towing and additional functionality such as manual regen and exhaust braking.
