• Might well be Continental's 'Contisilent'. More likely to be fitted on the larger wheels so guess its on 22's.
  But yep, totally normal and factory fitted.

• The ride will improve due to the larger tyre sidewall between the you and the road.
  FYI, the sidewall height of the 21" is 124mm and the 19" is 153mm, so you'll have 29mm more sidewall.

• Its the Whitfire unit - beams the sounds to the wireless headphones when watching rear seat entertainment. When in use you'll see some faint red led's in there.
