On my previous one i did have water coming dripping out of there when i had a windscreen issue, so I'm afraid to say it looks worryingly like you may have some water coming in the windscreen seal.

Yeah, if you like your seatback fairly upright, the armrest position is too low at max height. Have the same issue. If you tilt the backrest back, the armrest comes up as well. Can't say I've found ...
