  3-Zone Climate Controls Off

  Sometimes the Climate Controls in the 2nd row are on and passengers can interact with them fine. Mostly though the controls are off and it doesn't matter whether the padlock icon is engaged in the master interactive display or not, there seems no way of bringing them back to life. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Took to local dealership but sods law the system worked fine, only to manifest on the drive home. Any ideas welcome how to resolve. Did think that a 'master reset' of the car software might fix this as I'm sure it is a software rather than hardware issue - thoughts?
