Lower door trim panel replacement
I've just come back from a couple of days in the highlands of Scotland and noticed the n/s/f lower door trim panel is stone damaged. Have any members any experience of changing/replacing these themselves? I'm thinking it can't be that difficult?

If you mean the plastic trim panel then it should just pop off and clip back on. You many break some clips removing it so buy some extras just in case.

Thanks Simon. I’m going to buy a short subscription on TOPIX I think just to confirm. And good advice to get some spare clips! 👍🏻

Look in the accessories fitting instructions first. You may have to take off the bottom plastic trim to fit the side steps. These are free to access

Hi Simon, I took a look and that page just refers you to the full workshop manual now page 102! Having chatted to the dealer that panel just pulls off and clips on. The new panel comes with all its clips. The painful part is the price -£97!!! Ouch!

Ouch indeed.
TOPIx must have changed as all the fitting instructions used to be made public. Wonder why they’ve moved them behind the pay wall ?
