Suspension issue with brand new Discovery 5
Took delivery of a new 3.0d Discovery 5 two weeks ago, car has factory fitted 22” wheels and Pirelli Scorpion Verde tyres. At low speed around town the car was fine but first drive on motorway it pulls strongly to the left or right if you remove your hands from the wheel when set up in straight line. Also a vibration through the cabin.
Have a 5 year old Discovery 4 and that runs smoother.
Returned to the dealer who drove it, agreed there was an issue and handed it back two days later saying it was wheel alignment and balancing issue.
Driving home from garage ride is even more unsettled and pulling strongly left and right at city centre speeds.
Have informed dealer and will be back tomorrow.
Anyone any similar issues?

Do you have "lane keep assist" turned on?

Not seen this issue myself but the Pirelli’s do tram line a lot I find. Quite disconcerting!!

Ah. Good point !
Mine still tramlines a lot though on certain roads.

Thanks guys. Tried the lane keep on and off and still the same. Not tram lining either, had a 3.0d F Pace with 22” and did a bit but this is very pronounced.
Will see what the dealer says tomorrow.
