18c Update: problem with RSE media source gone !
Hi all, i am new one on this forum, i make some research but can't find any related answers on my problem, so hope some one can help me. I have update my 2017 HSE Lux on last 18C (Car Play works good) so one problem that i have is: from front screen when i trying to choose any source on RSE i have black screen no radio, media library,usb, hdmi nothing, when i try to do from remote control on RSE i see only radio and siriusXM , not usb,cdmi and media library, any one have same problem ? deals have no idea (

Same thing happened to me!! They need to put the rear system on the new software too. There are two downloads they can choose sounds like they have picked the wrong one

Dealer error / lack of knowledge
Rear screens have own software updates.
Which can be a pain to get installed and working.
Sadly the dealer will have to start over

I am at dealer right new waiting them, but thay told me thay they update using RSE package will see what happen

Problem solved, as you mentioned they miss upgrade Infortaiment slave controler they mess 3 moduls, all done work good, thanck for you replay
