    The photo uploader has received an update tonight and this should fix upside-down photos uploaded from mobile phones/tablets.

    It also now strips all metadata from images, as phones tend to embed GPS data into photos which can be a security issue.

    It is working OK but massive pictures are causing either a timeout or memory use problem at the moment.

    Hi Martin I'm unable to upload photos. Put photos through a optimizer still won't upload. Goes through the motions but just seems to hang saying uploading.

    For those with issues, please let me know more detail than "it doesn't work". For example - any error reported, what stage it stops at, any steps you have attempted to resolve it. It narrows down where I need to look and massively speeds up the process of fixing the issue.

    Details of the system being used are very useful too Thumbs Up

    I think I have replicated the above issue on iOS 10.3 but need to test more.

    For me it gets as far as uploading to server, which is where it hangs - irrespective of the image size for me

    I switch to desktop mode and the uploads are / have been recently- fine

    Just retried the mobile bowser. Failed to upload
