Yup. Door seals frozen and very hard to open. No interior condensation though.

Nope, not had any issue with doors frozen shut
Nor any excess moisture inside the car. Maybe your car suffers from the leak at the top of the windscreen?

Yep had it happen twice now. Door frozen solid. Had to spray down all along the door frame/seal with de-icer to get in.🙈.I’ve even spray the door seal silicone spray made no difference. Never had this problem with any other landrovers I’ve owned over the years.

Yes, the windscreen leaking is the most likely cause. A common problem.

Had the door seals freeze this week. It was -7C. Took a hairdryer on an extension lead to it and hey presto, a few minutes later they opened.

Had my door freeze so sprayed it with the mixture of anti freeze from the windscreen washer mixture I have in the garage.
The Ice frozen on the inside of the screen is the worst problem. I have no alternative other than using a hair dryer on it then using the vehicle heater to make sure it doesn't re freeze.
Once melted I use one of those extended arm window cleaners and then end up with smears all over the inside that can only be seen when the sun shines

I have had it happen on my D4's but the silcon round the door seals (and on the D4 there were 2, inner and outer seals) always did the trick. It sounds more like the issue with the condensation is the reason and its this mositure thats freezing.

Had a D5 for a week over the new year in Iceland. This was a problem on numerous occasions we could not get the doors open in a morning. It did look like the seals had been coated in something too. The plastic around the boot opening was all cracked and broken the rental place said this happens to all the D5s they have he said it was due to cold and not to worry if it breaks anymore they just leave it.

the rear doors occasionally get a bit "sticky" when the temp drops to minus 20C for a few days. If I leave snow or ice at the base of the drivers window I will get some misting, this may also be because if I have been clearing snow off the vehicle my jacket will get snow on it and this I think can cause misting. Hot the max defrost button and its soon gone.

Happened when I was away last week. Rained, froze, rained again then froze again overnight on the 22nd of Jan. My wife could not get in the car for 20 minutes. In the end she sprayed round the doors with de-icer and that worked. When it happened to me a few weeks before I remote started it and everything unfroze within minutes.
