  Removable vs fixed towbar

  I have a removable tower on my MY18 and I've kind of regretted the decision.
  
  Against my better judgement I thought this would be more convenient however, the need to have a ball and pin tow hitch has reared it's ugly head.
  
  Does anyone know how easy / cost effective it is to change from removable to a fixed towbar - is it a complete change or is it just some parts?
