Tailgate module wet - fault
Hi all
Earlier my tailgate stopped operating as did the inner shelf.
Car is 3 weeks old with 600 miles on it so went to the dealer and insisted it was looked at there and then as it had been back for different issues twice already.
Tech opened up the side panel and removed the module and they found it to be wet.
A number of other modules were wet as was some of the wiring loom
This is rear passenger boot panel.
Has anyone else come across this issue? Current in a LrA car and hoping they turn it round ready for a friends wedding

Not heard of this
Sounds like side window not bonded in properly or sunroof drain disconnected or holed
Namib Orange 1st Edition with black roof and wheels.
Privacy, tow bar, drive pack, surround camera, heated front & rear seats, auto dim door mirrors, side steps, remote Pro, RSE, arm rest fridge dash cam front and rear.

No sunroof, I wondered if it’s leaking through where the roof rails clip in.
I’ll keep the thread updated and hopefully nothing tooooo serious
