Coding of features
Having had RRS / RRV and Disco 4 I am used to being able to configure things I don't like through IID tools or other JLR coding equipment.
I know the IID is useless at the moment for D5, but does anyone know if you can get the car configured for you. I want things like (Stop / Start off), increase the brightness of DLR's, etc.
I know they are small things but if I can do them it would be nice.
PS _ IID Bluetooth tool for sale...

I wouldn't say the IIDTool is useless, it can still read and clear fault codes and thus potentially get you moving when stranded. You can change the license to your new car without charge.

Would it be able to overrule the fault codes if you ran out of AdBlue?

If I ran out of Adblue I'd just put some water in and try . Considering adblue is mostly water anyway and the car doesnt detect and check adblue it just checks if the tank has 'liquid' in it.
