Fuel economy is fantastic. Recent trip to the mountains.5 people in the car and with the boot fully loaded with 90L full esky was getting 8.0L/100Km (35.3 mpg )that included overtaking cars with caravans through mountain highway.
Didn’t feel wanting for power.
I don’t tow very much and would typically be < 1500kg if I did.
Others I’ve read who regularly tow near the full 3500kg have gone the SD6

A few days before camping I grabbed 4 x 1.25L plastic soft drink bottles.
Filled 90% with water and then froze them.
Put that in the esky and provides a good amount of solid ice for 4 or 5 days.
Added bonus is that as it melts it doesn’t add extra water to the ice slurry and also extra bit of drinking water. These solid ice bottles help keep the normal party ice frozen longer.

cool....alas our Coleman won't do that, tried it in Italy during summer 2019, and a bag of ice lasted 24 hours, a frozen 2 L bottle lasted about the same. Somuch for the claim on the outside that it keeps ice frozen for 5 days lol
The weather was hot, but not overly hot (about 30-32 degrees C)
