  3rd row seat stuck in up position

  Hi
  
  New member here who’s just bought a 2017 first edition. Have a problem with the n/s rear 3rd row seat stuck in the up position. When I press the button to send it down it for nothing. If I pull the button the other way to lift it. The locking actuator moves then the seat does nothing and the lock closes. It’s almost like it’s stuck in limbo.

  Hi. I had a similar issue on a new car, when there was a loose bolt in the mechanism. That said, first make sure there are no obstructions to the seat movement, including no weight left on seat, or seat belt clipped in. This will also prevent movement.
