    media screen stuck on 'Legal Information'

    Hi,

    This morning I selected online media to find I had to log in to my account, does this now and again so no worries. However, once logged in, selecting online media took me to the place where you select spotify / deezer etc. Select Spotify as normal, took forever to do anything, and then just a text message that said 'no content'.

    Switched on and off a few times but situation stayed the same. I have now pressed 'online media settings' which presents me with a single menu item 'Legal Information', press this and the continue button and then get three pages worth of T&C's, but no option to go any further, only back to the original Legal Info page.

    And that is where it is now stuck. Exiting the system and reselecting online media now takes me back to this page. The only method I now know of to even select the radio is by voice command.

    The system has had tantrums in the past, but has usually sorted itself out by the next journey, but not this time.

    Any ideas? is there any kind of reset?

    Hi David. I had a D3 and the media system occasionally locked up. I had to pull the fuse for it and let it reboot. Just turning the ignition on and off doesn't remove all the power. Just a thought.

    Just a small update to say after a number of hours of rest, when selecting online media, the system now simply says 'not available - try again'. But at least I can now navigate back to the main media menu.

    Frustrating!
