Nice spec that and a keen list price. Sort of tempted to replace my HSE Lux.

Did you spec the roof rails? Apparently if you spec them it take the car into the next tax threshold and you have to pay another £540 pounds for your car.

No I didn't, but would have if I hadn't seen that on Drive the deal website. I cannot understand why this is only on the Metropolitan Edition.
I have seen after market ones for around £190 but the fitting pack is really quite expensive for the plastic panels.

Yes rather annoying really. Would it be a weight issue, if so could you not have a spare wheel and have the roof rails instead.

It does not come with a spare wheel!! I'm not sure if it is weight or air resistance
However when you select the roof rails in the land-rover configurator it does not change the tax,

I found on the configurator that adding the spare wheel made it 226g/kmco2 which pushes up the first year tax, So it must be a weight issue, if you don't spec a wheel you can have roof rails and a electric tow bar.
