Thanks guys, I would have regretted it if I had gone for anything less, I know I would have, plus it's been a rollercoaster ride too say the least.
LR head office need too sort out there nonsense and stop trying too blame the dealer for all their mistakes, and sort there online builder for a start as it's inaccurate too say the least!!!
A year plus waiting (13 months by time I get the car), 2 cancelled orders and deposits and so many emails that I could publish a Paperback from, off "HOW LR
ME OFF" not too mention wasting my precious time spending hours every evening writing emails and ranting on here like a rabid dog 😞
The car just seemed too take over my life recently,
all this stress just for a tin box on wheels
Anyhow like I said a big thumbs up too everyone who has supported me, and I hope I have made alot of new friends also. (YOUR ON MY CHISTMAS CARD LIST GUYS). Plus the minefield of info on here is incredible. I assumed I knew alot about LR but some of you guys are putting me too shame, not too mention the friendlyness compared too the dark side
Anyway it's now all calm after the storm so here's hoping I dont end up with a 🍋.
Roll on next week Woo-Hoo. Hopefully my wife will have forgiven me once she gets her hands on it that's the main thing.

Just heard on the news that a car transporter has crashed on the M6 North Bound apparently a black D5 has fallen from the top deck into a canal.

Was called in at 8 so thought I'd have a browse to wind down. Glad to hear the news though, mine is going really well when I get into it. We're done about 800 miles so far.
When I'm not in the operating theatre, I'm mountain biking, spending time with my family, running and socialising. I have a Discovery 5 HSE Lux with pretty much every option ticked. This is my first ever Land Rover. Been a rocky road with regards to reliability but we're getting there. -

Am so tempted too get mine done too now. Just a pity the First Editions never had the dynamic pack as standard as would have deffo finished the car off

Excellent stuff, glad your not experiencing any problems Doc. Some of the guys here are just having minor niggles apart from the odd few with a bit more serious ones. Pity as all these issues should have been ironed out long before the cars hit the road, but i suppose it's the price we pay for all the fancy technology nowadays. A blown transistor or a diode in a circuitboard can completely disable a car, rendering it useless as we all well know. Bring back wind down windows and manual door locking -

Well that's the reg plate chosen. Luckily both mine and wifes initials are on it. Will put on the personal plates when the 67 plates out in September. Have asked for photos so hopefully put them up once dealer gets a chance too take some. I can't believe how quickly things have progressed within the last 24 hours. I still think am dreaming waiting too wake up into the dreaded nightmare -
