Do you have them in the black spotted area by the rear view mirror?
No, the dashcam is slightly below and behind the mirror. It's where it was on the D4. Ditto with the Aguri. Bottom right of the screen.

I believe the Infared windscreen is used for the Heads Up display.

I heard that Tom Tom had been in discussions with the French authorities about accident black spots rather than speed cams. With a ABS the notification is ok for an area and not the camera itself. My Tom Tom alerts me with a sound and a ! On the screen. This stays in place for about a mile or two. The camera is within this area but not specifically marked.

On BMW's the HUD requires a specially shaped windscreen - if by chance the muppets at autoglass fit the wrong one it's seriously out of focus
.
Maybe JLR wants to cut down on the number of different types of windscreen so bundle the shape required for HUD focus with the infra red reflective.
However according to some articles from 2014 JLR started using HUD's that where laser diode based. A lot of laser diodes operate in the red or infra red end of the spectrum so that may also have something to do with it.

This has gone a bit off topic!
Here's an update .......
Using a GPS testing app on my phone I proved categorically that the internal of the car is shielded greatly from GPS signals. Neither the dashcam or radar detector would lock on to the GPS. So I bought an external GPS re-radiator and tried to set it up so that the receiver was located on one of the shelves on the back window as I assumed that only the windscreen would be a problem. There was no improvement in the signal so I had to abandon a completely internal installation.
I moved the receiver to the roof and fixed it next to the antenna fin. Success! a massive increase in signal in the cabin and everything locked-on. So, I fixed it all in permanently and am delighted. All you see is a tiny one inch square receiver on the roof and three inches of very thin cable. Then everything else is lost in the car trims with the radiating antenna concealed beneath the front door rubber and all electrical connections behind the glove box.
Hope this helps others who want to use GPS-dependent devices.
Cheers
