    Noise front left side

Hi, I have a rumble problem on my 2018 D5 Td6(new engine at 40k, now 110k). It appears at speeds between 115-130 km/h. It comes from the left side under the driver. It is not dependent on engine speed. The bearings in the wheels seem to be good. Unfortunately I had the same problem on my 2014 RRS and it failed to resolve Sad . The dealer did not acknowledge the noise. Personally, I suspect the front diff... The noise is accompanied by a slight vibration in the car. The noise gets louder when driving for long periods of time and is especially noticeable when taking your foot off the pedal. Can anyone advise? Wink

First: re-balance the tires and ask for a road-force balance if your tire shop has that capability. Ensure you tell them at what speeds you're feeling the vibration.

I've lost balance mass in very cold winter/snow conditions and while off-roading, and didn't know it until I got back onto the highway at higher speeds. The balance can also change as the tire wears.

Hi, I'm going to change my tires with balance next week. I'll let you know, but the sound hasn't changed last time with different tyres.

Had the same issue. After changing tires, nothing changed.

I tightened the plastic cowling under the bonnet, that was loose. Did not solve the issue. In the end it proved to be a wheel bearing.

    Best of luck
