I cant find, including all the above, any insurer that will include the roof glass in their quotation. Considering how expensive they are I read in one of the forum it’s a good idea to get the glas roof covered as well. Has anyone got theirs covered?

If it's not covered under the "glass" section of the policy then it is still covered as bodywork.
If claiming for bodywork damage then you'll have to pay the policy excess and it might affect your no claims, but that's still a lot cheaper than the cost of the roof. My excess is low and no claims is protected, so I'm not going to pay extra for an additional policy.

Just been quoted £580 full com with one named driver and including breakdown cover inc Europe.
This also covers glass sunroof and panoramic glass. Best I’ve got so far.

You will probably have to move out of London to get a better quote!
