    Locking Wheel nut missing

    Afternoon All,
Been while since I posted but still venerate this/these sites - and I have searched to no avail before posting this... (plus just posted this in the for sale section by accident Rolling Eyes )

Replaced all 4 corners of my D5 last week (Goodyear to Pirelli Scorpion Verdes) at the local family run (excellent) tyre place, then this week it went to the cheapest steeler I could find (locally-ish) for its 48month service (£622). It has been an expensive couple of weeks. I won't go into the details of what a shambles the JLR dealer was (unless anyone is interested) but the net result of both visits is that the locking wheel nut is no longer there. Been back to the tyre place, nothing, the dealership patronised me a bit on the phone, offered no real help and suggested I needed to get all nuts replaced as getting a replacement locking nut on its own would be too hard.

Anyone know what I should do? And will it fail its MOT without one?
Have a 800 mile drive coming up in a couple of weeks - what is the worse case without it and I get a flat?

    Thank you as ever

Every main dealership has a set of locking wheel nuts keys.

    Alternatively,

Not sure I'd bother replacing when you get it sorted... locking wheel nut are a pain (corrode and fail), are easy enough to get off with the right tool... and it's not the easiest car to jack up anyway!

Beware - LR changed the type of locking wheel nut around mid MY 2020. My July 2020 car has the older style (as fitted to Disco 3 & 4). The dealer records show the newer kind for my car (same style as Defender). To make things worse, the letter codes haven't changed so there is an "N" in both styles.
