The general tab is opening with no content again, so that that’s why I’m posting here.
Insurance is due towards the end of the month, so been getting a few quotes that have been eye watering to say the least.
But decided to try LR insurance for a laugh if nothing else, the LR quote came in at £61 a month so £732
a year, that can’t be right can it, the cheapest quote by a long margin.
With all things Land Rover being priced way over the top, has anyone got any feedback on LR’s own insurance products?
The policy dose state it’s a monthly subscription, but I’m so sceptical that this price just seems to good to be true.
Your thoughts?

I've been lucky in having a magic postcode (and being old)...most of the sensible quotes from the mainstream brokers/ insurers when I renewed mine in February were well south of £500 fully comp, some even just under £400.
In the end, I stuck with my usual insurer...slightly dearer than a good few of the other quotes in the mix at £485 fully comp... but I've been happy with them for many years.
As for LR's pay-as-you-go nonsense....I don't want to be insuring my Disco like a Netflix subscription.
Aye, cheap car insurance is one of the benefits of living on a small, isolated rock in the north sea with zero crime...that and MOT exemption... as long as you don't use the car off island.
I always keep my daily driver (like the D5) MOT'd, force of habit and necessity mainly as I pop over on the ferry to Kirkwall on the main island or mainland UK a fair bit.
There is this among the benefits as well of course...taken with my phone a week ago from my front garden. Nature's light pollution at it's finest
