  New keys - replace RFA - how many keys?

  MY21 D300
  
  I have to add a new key - my Remote Function Actuator (which stores the key credentials) is locked. I have an IIDTool Gen4.
  
  So aside from a clone key if I can find a locksmith capable (and local) in Australia.... I need to replace the RFA - which is okay.
  
  I have read that the new RFA only supports two keys and programming is once off permanent. I would rather program an additional key given all the hassle/expense - and I wonder about the 2 key limit in the context of the activity key.
  
  Does anyone know the max number of keys for a MY21 ?

  P.S. My working key model number is FOBU4LR 01212021 LEAR: 5AVC11F09 JK52-15K601-DH (H is a little unclear) - I assume it is UWB and probably passive if that is what allows keyless entry.
  
  I also have another key I got on eBay but didn't really research it: FOBU4LR 11242017 LEAN 5AVC11F07 JLR: JK52-15K601-DF
