Cover for boot fold down shelf
Searched the world wide web but haven't managed to find anything. Does anyone know where I could find a cover/matt for the fold down shelf in the boot?
I have a crate for the dog in the car and she manages to cover the shelf jumping in.
Alternatively I've thought about cutting a waterproof material to size and attaching it with velcro.

I just use a towel held on with table cloth clips (amazon) It can be removed easily for washing.

You can buy some custom bootliners with the tailgate extension, never seen the extender sold separately though.

That's exactly what I did. 7 years later, it's still being used everyday and as good as new.

What Velcro are you using? I am in the new 25 reg plate and I have tried 3 different types of velcro but nothing sticks to it, the boot has some different type of upholstery...

Double sided extra strong velcro. The soft side stuck to the plastic edges of the tailgate flap and the hard side stuck to the inside of the cover.

Thanks a lot, I will try to order one more and let's see if it holds😉...
So far my boot is full of velcro that doesn't stick so will give it one more chance.
