…..the likely location of the locking wheel nut adaptor?
I’ve searched the obvious places, glove box x 2, jack location storage in the boot and drawn a total blank.
Is there any secret cubby I’m not aware of, as usual, the online handbook was utterly useless.🙄
'Tis usually under the floor panel closest to the boot door... top left of the crinkly padded foam thing. I took all my locking wheel nuts off and replaced them with standard wheel nuts. (My locking nuts are in that brown paper bag.)

As above ^^^^^
or,
In the secret compartment behind the heater controls
or,
in the secret compartment under the cup holders
or,
in the not very secret compartment on the back of the centre console facing the row 2 seats.
MY2026 D5 Metropolitan D350 - on order......
MY2022 D5 HSE D300 - current, MY2019 D5 HSE SD6 - sold
Well, that was interesting.
I found that underfloor cubby, located the missing locking nut, and a funnel for adblue. There’s a twiddling thing to lower the spare wheel and low and behold, would you believe it……..the skies parted………..the sun shone……….the birds struckup a fantastic chorus accompanied by trumpets and angels merrily singing Hallelujah……….for there in that cubby was a leather case containing……….drumrole…………..a Discovery 5 Owners Manual.😃😃
5 weeks I’ve owned this thing and finally something goes my way.😂
If the funnel is a clear white plastic thing, chances are it's a passive misfuel emergency funnel rather than for adblue...so you can top up from a fuel can in an emergency without triggering the misfuel flap...saying that, it might well have been used as an adblue funnel if it fits
There might also be a misfuel flap reset tool in there as well...

Yeah that’s the white funnel. I have a yellow reset tool from the D4 but didn’t see one in the D5.
I’ll have a proper look tomorrow. There’s some stuff in the boot at the moment that might be preventing a proper search.

The floor panel in front of the rearmost one in the boot has the suspension air compressor under it so there shouldn't be any random bits shoved in there...you never know though
