The idler pulley on the front-end accessory drive (FEAD) belt may over-rotate due to high torsional stress and collide with the oil temperature and pressure sensor. This could damage the sensor and cause an oil leak, creating a slipping hazard for other road users, particularly two-wheeled vehicles.
