I am downloading it at the moment, had no trouble with the car recently but that could all be about to change! Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Well that went very well, Download was 22GB and put the USB in the car and all done in less than 30 minutes.

No idea what has changed though!! Thumbs Up

    OK,

Go to the Route Planner Homepage and login.

    Click on Maps and Services.

You should then get a list of Connected Services for your vehicle

Click on Get latest version of Europe and Russia and

then you should have a page inviting you to download a copy for your VIN.

I think my link maybe for my VIN only?? Thumbs Up

New map is 17GB so you'll need a 32GB USB or larger.

If you have Windows 10, it won't format the drive as FAT32 which the Landrover updater requires (it will only do exFAT and NTFS, neither of which work).

I used this program to format the stick correctly:

Odd about the formatting, I have Windows 10 and formatted OK.

That's computers for you. Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

May be because I used a 64GB stick - "Windows 10 Disk Management tool only supports formatting a USB drive or hard drive which is smaller than 32GB to FAT32"
