    Calipers On Back Order!!

    D5 is in for a number of niggles, nothing major and most covered on here (service light etc), but i asked them to look at why i was getting a large amount of brake dust, apparently one of the calipers has seized, nice to know the new car suffers from the old LR problems as well..
    But i have been told they are on back order, which i guess means they cannot give the car back to me due to safety issues???
    Very strange there are non around!!

    They must be selling better than some think.

    On a serious note, it’s interesting, as I occasionally have a squeaky rear brake and sometimes quite an acrid smell, which I have put down to DPF regen, no heavy brake dust though. Worth keeping an eye on.
