    Spare wheel theft

    Had my D5 less than 2 months and last night discovered my spare wheel has been stolen (cable cut). Looking at other forums this seems to be a common issue with D5 and previous Disco3/4s. Has anyone ever approached LR about this as a "product issue"?
    Would seem you can get a protector - and had i known that prior to the theft would have bought one. Don;t want to think about the cost to replace winch/wheel/tyre
    Any recommendations / solutions?

    Evil or Very Mad Sorry to hear about this mate, at least you found out now and not on a rain soaked hard shoulder on a Friday night at rush hour.
