    I decided not to go for a D5. But I do get unsollicited pm's from 'beedle' ...

    So : how do I ERASE my account ?

    Spam/unsolicited advertising via PM is not permitted, not acceptable and unfortunately out of my control unless I personally vet every user registration and everything they post and.

    The instances of PM spam in the 13 years I have been running the forums is VERY small, a handful of cases in all that time. I'm sorry it's happened here and today but I have dealt with it as soon as I was notified.

    Agree with Martin - its a very rare occurrence and easily dealt with when reported as Martin is one of the best site (well multi site) admins I've met.
