    Thats not night vision, night vision is where the car uses the external cameras with infrared lighting to display the road ahead on the screen, BMW/Mercs have it as an option...

    I prefer more useful features that BMW/Merc don’t supply, like heated front screens.

    I didn't. I thought they had a hot-air equivalent.

    The most annoying thing about German cars is lack of cruise control (or cruise that doesn't work very well if they do have it). I do a lot of motorway miles, invariably on cruise, and I'm fed up with overtaking them up hill to have them speed up on the the way down the other side. Even the expensive models - don't they have cruise????
