ECO Data
Having just driven 27.7 miles round trip, I thought I would share my Eco Data. I’ve started having a bit of a competition with myself to see how Many MPG I can eek out if this thing, whilst I know the on board read out is not accurate it can give a rough guesstimate based on previous journeys and as I found out to day I have been awarded a trophy for what would appear to be my best MPG achieved in the short amount of time I have owned this veh.
Having just covered 631 miles to a full tank I’m fairly confident that this thing isn’t guzzling fuel and it isn’t of detriment to my early warning service on the 3.0 litre engine.
I would post a picture but I haven’t got a clue how to...
My overall for the 27.7 miles covered was 44.1 MPG. My previous has clipped 42, 40’s etc.
As I do mostly Mtwy or Major routes, soft right foot, no hard braking I’m hoping to hit 45 MPG which could relate to 39 ish which is pretty much what the manufacturer recommends.
Just thought this would be an indication to prospective purchasers and also create some feedback from other users.

That's interesting Chalky, I imagine that as the engine does more miles the MPG will increase too.
Incidentally, are you using the dashboard eco indicators? The green marks at the bottom of the screen that you can scroll to using the info button on the light stalk?

Hi, no I’m using the 2nd screen on the 10” display, with the volumetric style increments, all were green and I think It was 96% efficiency. Possibly due to lights on, screen, air con, phone plugged in and iPad charging?
I think there’s a screen within that feature that shows the amount of drain used by devices and features such as air con, heated seats, heated screen etc.
.
I thought the same thing also regards loosening up,
I’m just checking now how to upload a pic from iPhone

I’m on the wind down to Xmas... just need to get Easter out of the way.
Fortnight off work, look interested between then and summer, before you know it, Xmas all over again.
Just purchased a new car and now my mind has wandered to New House !
Spent the best part of this morning guzzling Tea and perusing Rightmove 😬
Must dash...... I need to walk to the printer, make it look like I’m doing something.

Sounds like a great job. Clearly employed for what you know not what you do.
