    Live Apps


    I’m struggling to login to the Live Apps.
    I’m ok on Incontrol but when I go to the Live part, either through the browser or by logging in to the car it simply won’t connect.
    My user name and password are ok as evidenced by the attached screenshot.
    Any body have any ideas please?

    I can't login on my Velar either. All it says is "verifying". Needs another software update I think.

    Which is better than before as they never worked prior to the fix/softaware update.

    That's exactly what I get. Very frustrating that my car was in at the dealership for a software update all of last week but it seems to be that unless you specifically request a certain update as means of fixing a problem, they don't volunteer that update.
    Thank god for these forums.

    Click on live via my Mac it just shows a blank screen.

    I can get the news, weather and flight tracker but sport requires login and then the problems begin.

    It appears that the whole thing is in transition. I've clearly not registered something somewhere as it simply doesn't link to the live screen

    I’m waiting on my dealer and LR customer services getting back to me with advice. It ain’t a big issue as it don’t seem like much use but I’ve paid for it so should work.

    I'm of the same opinion. I'll see how you get on if that's OK. I'm getting rather frustrated at having to go into the dealership all the time as it's not exactly convenient. If it's not F2F though they don't respond well.

    From what I remember there is a seperate login for Live.

    To be honest I set it up a year ago just because it was there and not looked at it since.

    But..... it is still working!! Thumbs Up

    I’ll update this thread when I get a reply.

    My D5 didn’t have this infotainment system and it was faultless but I think LR has completely ditched in favour of this one for its whole range.
