    Phone - QWERTY lookup?

    Evening all...

    18MY HSE Commercial, 10 days old - I have an issue with the use of my phone system insofar as it only appears to want to display contacts in a straightforward A-Z list with little in the way of search facility.

    There is, apparently, the ability to ‘scroll through’ the entries but this is plain daft - a deft flick of the wrist and you could be in the L’s or even the M’s, N’s or P’s. Not clever...

    Does the D5 have a QWERTY keyboard so that I can search (with confidence) for people?

    Even my 80’s Filofax had an index...

    Equally, my last tw D4’s were better than this system...

    Any thoughts?

    Perfect... many thanks - I’d made the mistake of looking at the paper version!

    Now perhaps you can solve the challenge of the sat-nav freezing, similar with the radio, speed limit not displaying on the HUD and the entire driver’s display going blank at 70mph on the M40...

    Oh, and software update not installed for the tow bar and tyre pressure faults on PDI...

    Cracking vehicle - just doesn’t appear to be too user friendly right now!

    Shame they let you have it with those problems. There is a new Ver. 4 software update available though ...so maybe that will solve it Confused
