Is the floor parallel to the roof line,? Maybe it’s a way of keeping the load space the same height???

Ah. Could well be that too. Looking at the pic it does appear that way.
At least I know I’m not going bonkers. Too many angels and curves going on made me think it could be a visual thing not an actual slight slope of the floor.
